Over 2 gentle weeks, you'll be guided through somatic movement, gentle Pilates, and nervous system practices, designed to help you:

Release tension your body has been storing, not by forcing, but by softening

Regulate your nervous system so rest actually feels restful

Reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and supported

Build a daily practice that fits your life, not the other way around

The program includes guided sessions, small-group live practices, lifetime access to all recordings, and a special bonus to keep your practice going after the 2 weeks.
