My journey with Pilates and Yoga began at 15, when my Flamenco guitar teacher encouraged me to explore movement as a way to improve posture and ease tension. More than 25 years later, these practices remain my anchor, supporting both inner calm and outer strength, and guiding me back to balance whenever I need it.
I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of students worldwide, and I never stop being inspired by the incredible things our bodies (and minds) are capable of.
With a background in both graphic design and pastry arts, creativity is the driving force behind everything I do. My intention is to share movement in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and empowering, helping you build strength, ease, and resilience, while cultivating a happier, healthier way of life.
