I'm Jaz. Twenty-five years of teaching movement, and still learning from every body I work with.

My journey with Pilates and Yoga began at 15, when my Flamenco guitar teacher encouraged me to explore movement as a way to improve posture and ease tension. More than 25 years later, these practices remain my anchor, supporting both inner calm and outer strength, and guiding me back to balance whenever I need it.

I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of students worldwide, and I never stop being inspired by the incredible things our bodies (and minds) are capable of.

With a background in both graphic design and pastry arts, creativity is the driving force behind everything I do. My intention is to share movement in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and empowering, helping you build strength, ease, and resilience, while cultivating a happier, healthier way of life.

I teach Pilates, Somatic Movement, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.

Certified in Pilates Mat, Reformer and Studio, Pre and Postnatal, Therapeutic, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Strength and Mobility, and Somatics. Twenty-five years of practice and still deepening.

A 2-week guided program to calm your nervous system, help ease stored tension, and feel at home in your body again.

Week 1 — Soothe

3 guided sessions to slow down, soften, and begin releasing what you've been holding.

Week 2 — Support

4 guided sessions to deepen your practice and build a rhythm your nervous system can rely on.

Live Sessions

2 small-group live sessions: one each week, where we practice together in real time. These are intimate, supported, and a chance to be held in community.

Lifetime Access

Every session is recorded. Return to them whenever your body asks you to.
