Welcome to Jaz Pilates. By joining classes, programs, or memberships through OfferingTree, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

Services Provided

We offer:

• Live Zoom classes (including Pay-What-You-Want).

• On-Demand Library of pre-recorded videos.

• Registered Series (multi-week programs with live + recorded practices).

User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.

• By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own health and safety. Consult a doctor before starting new movement practices.

• Our classes are not a substitute for medical care.

Payments & Cancellations

• Memberships and programs require upfront payment through OfferingTree.

• Cancellations and refunds follow the policy stated at purchase (generally, registered series are non-refundable once started).

Intellectual Property

All content (videos, recordings, materials) is owned by Jaz Pilates.

• You may not share, download, or distribute materials outside of personal use.

Access Duration

• On-Demand Library: accessible with an active membership.

• Registered Series: access lasts for the stated duration (e.g., 2 months).

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.

Liability

Participation is voluntary. Jaz Pilates & Yoga is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages that may occur from practicing.
