I'm Jaz your certified and experienced Fitness, Pilates and Yoga Instructor

My journey with Pilates and Yoga began at 15, when my Flamenco guitar teacher encouraged me to explore movement as a way to improve posture and ease tension. More than 25 years later, these practices remain my anchor—supporting both inner calm and outer strength, and guiding me back to balance whenever I need it.

I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of students worldwide, and I never stop being inspired by the incredible things our bodies (and minds) are capable of.

With a background in graphic design and pastry arts, creativity is at the heart of everything I do. My intention is to share movement in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and empowering—helping you build strength, ease, and resilience, while cultivating a happier, healthier way of life.

I'm certified and experienced as a Personal Trainer, with qualifications in Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Studio, as well as Pre & Postnatal, Therapeutic, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, Strength & Mobility Training, and Somatics.
