This founding series is designed to help you reset your nervous system and create space for ease, strength, and balance in your everyday life.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll be guided through a blend of Somatic Yoga, Pilates, and restorative movement — practices that release tension, build gentle strength, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed.

No worries! All classes are recorded so you can practice on your own time. The program will be available for 2 months.

Do I need experience?
Not at all — this series is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all.

What equipment do I need?
Just a mat, a chair, eye cover or cushions if needed, and yourself.
