Something new, still finding its shape

I've been thinking about starting something simple. Once a month, a live class we do together, in real time. Not a program, not a series to work through alone. Just a chance to move together, at a small cost that keeps it open to anyone who wants to come.

Nothing is confirmed yet. Before I bring it to life, I want to know if it's something you'd actually show up for.

About Jaz

Jaz has spent over 25 years teaching the body how to soften. Certified across Pilates Mat, Reformer and Studio work, Pre & Postnatal, Therapeutic Pilates and Yoga, Yin & Restorative practice, Somatics, and Strength & Mobility, she brings a rare depth of training to something that always feels simple in the room: come back to your body, gently.

Her classes are built around a single belief: the body is something to return to.

Through Jaz Pilates, she shares somatic yoga and Pilates practices designed for real nervous systems and real lives, slow enough to actually land, honest enough to trust.
