Live Zoom classes give you real-time guidance and motivation for your fitness journey, while On-Demand videos let you work out whenever it fits your schedule. Together, they make it easy and fun to stay on track with your fitness goals! Joining the Zoom Flow & On-Demand Classes Membership opens the door to so much more than just replays.

Zoom Flow

Zoom Flow

Take some time for yourself and unwind with this 30-minute Zoom Movement practice that nurtures both your mind and body.

- Feel empowered and confident as we start with some calming breathing exercises to help you settle in. After a gentle warm-up, we’ll flow through movements that stretch and tone your body, finishing with a reflective practice to help you absorb the benefits of your experience.

Check the schedule for class themes. All Classes are mix of Somatics, Pilates and Yoga.

Grounding Flow – Bring energy and focus through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and a full-body reset - Join this class for free or contribute what you can.

Unwind & Restore – A practice designed for deep rest, soothing stretches, and calming your nervous system.

📍 Get yourself comfortable, zoom ready = easy setup.
🙏 Please use any extra comforts you may need: blanket, pillows, eye cover or blocks.
🧘🏻‍♀️ All levels are welcome. Your video can be on or off.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins.

6. Make sure you have plenty of space and any extra comforts you may need for the class and are on comfortable ground.

7. Remember to listen to your body and do what is right for you today.

* Life can be unpredictable – I’ll keep you updated via email if there is a last minute cancellation - cold, family emergency etc.

ABOUT TEACHER JAZ - certified and experienced Fitness, Pilates and Yoga Instructor

My passion for Pilates and Yoga began at the age of 15, when my Flamenco guitar teacher suggested it as a way to improve my guitar posture.

A practitioner and a teacher of over 25 years, Pilates and Yoga has been my foundation for both inner and outer strength, and I always return to it in times of need.

I've had the joy of teaching thousands of students from all over the world, and I absolutely love discovering all the amazing things our bodies can do and helping others in their fitness and recovery journey.

I have a background in Graphic Design and also as a Pastry Chef. I want to create a supportive community, accessible to anyone who is curious and wants to get stronger in mind and body, working towards a happier and healthier quality way of life.
