Zoom Flows

Take some time for yourself and unwind with this 30-minute Zoom Flow that nurtures both your mind and body.

- We begin with a 1-minute meditation to reconnect with the present moment, grounding ourselves before moving into practice. Feel empowered and confident as we continue with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body. Midway through, we’ll pause for calming breathing exercises to help you center and restore balance. From there, we’ll flow into movements that stretch and tone, finishing with a reflective practice to absorb the benefits of your experience.

Check the schedule for class themes. All Classes are mix of Somatics, Pilates and Yoga.

Grounding Flow – Bring energy and focus through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and a full-body reset - Join this class for free or contribute what you can.

Unwind & Restore – A practice designed for deep rest, soothing stretches, and calming your nervous system.

📍 Get yourself comfortable, zoom ready = easy setup.
🙏 Please use any extra comforts you may need: blanket, pillows, eye cover or blocks.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download Zoom (super simple)

2. Sign up on the schedule page (right here)

3. Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a reminder 15 mins before class starts)

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins.

6. Make sure you have plenty of space and any extra comforts you may need for the class and are on comfortable ground.

7. Remember to listen to your body and do what is right for you today.

* Life can be unpredictable – I’ll keep you updated via email if there is a last minute cancellation - cold, family emergency etc.

ABOUT TEACHER JAZ - certified and experienced Fitness, Pilates and Yoga Instructor

Jaz is a certified Pilates and Yoga teacher with extensive training in Pilates, somatic practices, restorative, and yin yoga. he blends her deep awareness of restorative and healing movement with mindful practices to create classes that are supportive, creative, and effective. With a unique mix of strength training, mobility, and healing practices, Jaz empowers students to build resilience in both body and mind. After teaching in studios across the world, she now focuses on sharing her work online, offering accessible practices that range from energizing flows to deeply restorative sessions for a global community.
